How to log out of Instagram from Android and iPhone
You use an Android smartphone or an iPhone and you are interested in understanding how to get out of instagram? In this case, follow the instructions below and you will see that, within a few minutes, you will be able to log out of the app Instagram for mobile devices.
The first step to take, to be able to log out of your account Instagram, is to start the app on your smartphone, in order to access the main screen of the social network through the simple login procedure.
Once this is done, press on little man symbol located at the bottom right, in order to access the screen related to your profile. Then, first tap on the ☰ symbol located at the top and press on the item Settings.

You can log out of Instagram also by acting from the Web, as the well-known photographic social network allows the viewing of photos, stories and interaction between users even to those who use them by connecting to its official website.
Having said that, follow the instructions I am about to give you, in order to log out of your account: the procedures are the same even if you want to use the Instagram application for Windows 10.
If you have already done the login a Instagram, the first thing you need to do, in order to log out of the social network from its website, is to press the icon of thelittle man located at the top, in order to access your profile screen.
Now, click on thegear, located in the upper right corner, next to yours username. Finally, in the menu that is shown to you, click on the button Logout: you will be immediately logged out of your account.

How to log out of Instagram from all devices
You wonder how to log out of instagram from other devices? In this case, follow step by step the procedures that you find indicated in the next paragraphs, in order to succeed in the intent you have proposed.
Android and iOS
sign out of Instagram from other devices on which you are connected, through the app Instagram for Android and iOS, you must first start the latter on your device and log in to your account, if required.
Once this is done, press onicona dell'omino (or on the profile thumbnail), located at the bottom, to access your profile screen. Then, press the ☰ icon located in the upper right corner and, in the menu that is shown to you, tap on the item Settings.
Now, tap on the items Security> Login Activity, in order to view the list of accesses and sessions. At this point, to exit one of these, press onicon (...) located next to it and, in the menu that is shown to you, confirm the logout by pressing the button Logout.
Web
Do you prefer to act on the web or via the Windows 10 app? In that case, connect to the official Instagram website, and log in to your account if required.
Once this is done, press onicona dell'omino, located in the upper right corner, to access your profile screen. Now, click on theicona dell'ingranaggio and, in the menu that is shown to you, click on the item Login activity, so that it will be shown to you, in correspondence with the wording Where are you logged in, the list of accesses and active sessions.
At this point, to exit a session, click on theicon (▼) located next to it, in the menu that is shown to you, confirm the logout by pressing the button Logout.
How to get out of Instagram permanently
If, on the other hand, you are interested in deleting the account, in order to exit Instagram permanently, the steps you need to take are clearly different from those indicated in the previous chapters. In any case, do not worry: follow the instructions I am about to give you in the next lines, to succeed easily and quickly in the intent.
First of all, you need to know that, to be able to cancel your account Instagram you must necessarily act from the Web. Having said that, the first thing you need to do is start the browser that you generally use to surf the Internet, in order to connect to the appropriate Internet page dedicated to the cancellation of your account made available by the social network itself.
Once this is done, in case you are prompted, log in to your account and, in the screen that is shown to you, click on the drop down menu located next to the item Why are you deleting your account?.
At this point, select one of the available options, in order to explain to the Instagram team the reasons why you intend to unsubscribe from the social network (for example Too many commitments, it distracts me too much).
Once you've made your choice, type the Password of your account in the text field that is shown to you next to the item To continue, enter your password again. Infine, click the button Delete my account permanently, to confirm the execution of the operation.

How to log out of Instagram temporarily
If you are not convinced to effect the permanent cancellation of the account, you can put into practice an alternative procedure: the suspension of the Instagram profile. In this specific case, in fact, if you have second thoughts you can start using your account again at any time, without having to carry out the registration procedure from scratch.
You ask me what needs to be done in this case? I'll explain it to you right away. To get started, go to Instagram via its official website, then log into your account if necessary.
Once this is done, first click on theicona dell'omino located in the upper right corner, then press the button Edit the profile which is attached to your profile screen.
Now, tap on the item Temporarily disable my account located at the bottom and, in the new screen that will be shown to you, indicate the reason why it is your intention to proceed with the deactivation of the profile (for example Too busy / too distracting), using the drop-down menu Why are you deactivating your account?.
At this point, type the Password of your Instagram account in the text field located next to the wording To continue, enter your password again. Finally, to conclude and confirm the suspension procedure, click on the button Temporarily disable the account.
If you change your mind, you can activate your account again simply by logging into your account through the app Instagram for Android or iOS, by connecting to the website of the well-known photo social network or using the application for Windows 10: you will find everything just as you left it, as if nothing had happened.
