To do this, first start the Instagram that you have previously downloaded on your Android device or on your iPhone, by pressing on its icon located on the home screen and / or in the drawer of the same. Then, if you haven't already, log in to your account.
Now, start the story creation tool of Instagram, pressing on theicona della macchina photography, located at the top left and choose whether to take a photo on the spot, by pressing on pulsing tondo below, or whether to import an image present in the memory of your device, selecting it using themedia gallery icon, which you find in the lower left corner.

If you want to increase the music reproduction up to 15 seconds, press on button with the number of seconds and tap on the item 15 seconds. Once this is done, confirm the insertion of the music by pressing the button end.
Continue, therefore, modifying the story to be made, using the tools of Instagram such as filters (the round emoticon icon) and stickers (the square emoticon icon).

Increase the seconds of music on Instagram in stories with videos
Would you like to increase the maximum duration of the music in your stories with videos? I'm sorry, but that's not possible. As already mentioned above, the maximum duration of a story on Instagram is 15 seconds and, consequently, the musical piece to be used as the background of the same (via the tool Music ) can have at most the same duration.
Though Instagram allows you to record and import videos longer than 15 seconds, these, at the time of publication, are automatically divided into videos of 15 seconds each. You can, therefore, understand that even in this case it is not possible to extend the duration of the chosen song.
That said, you can still make a story of Instagram of maximum 15 seconds with a song in the background. To do this, first launch the Instagram on Android or iPhone and, if necessary, log in to your account.
Once this is done, press onicona della macchina photography located in the upper left corner of the main screen of the app, presses on the item Music located at the bottom and select the song say your interest.
Now, you just have to record the video by pressing and holding on pulsing tondo located at the bottom, or alternatively, if you have recorded a video, you can import it by choosing it from the memory of your device and add the song of your interest always using the tool Music.
