Preliminary operation
Before we delve into the heart of the guide and actually see how to put the lyrics of a song on Instagram, I advise you to complete some preliminary operations that may be necessary to have the feature that I am going to tell you about in this guide.
Specifically, I suggest you update the Instagram app to the latest version available: an operation that you can perform in a few simple steps.
- If you use Android - open the Play Store, pigia sul pulsating (≡) situato in alto a sinistra, selects the voice Le mie app ei miei giochi from the bar that appears on the side, identify the presence of the Instagram icon and, if present, tap on it and then on the button Update.
- If you use iPhone - open theApp Store, tap on the tab Updates (below) and, if updates are available for the Instagram app, tap the button Update located at the same.

How to put Instagram Stories song lyrics
Let's see, therefore, how to put the lyrics of a song in Instagram Stories. I already anticipate that succeeding will be child's play. All you have to do, in fact, is to create a Story, call up the "Music" sticker from the sticker screen and select one of the songs in the Instagram library. Below you will find detailed how to proceed on both Android and iPhone.
Android
If you want to insert the lyrics of a song in an Instagram Story by acting from the official app of the social network for Android, the first thing you need to do is to start the latter and log in to your account, if necessary. Then tap the blue button capacitor positive (+) lead located on your profilo's photo (top left) and create your Story, uploading a photo or video from the Gallery or creating the content on the spot (I've already explained how to do this in this other guide).
After choosing or creating the content to be included in the Story, presses the symbol of thesmiling sticker located at the top of the screen, tap on the sticker Music and, in the screen that opens, search for the song of your interest by writing the title in search bar which is located at the top. If you want, you can locate a song by selecting the tabs Popular, Moods o Genres and find a title you like.
Once you have identified the song of your interest, tap on his title to insert it into history. Next, tap on the text that appears on the screen (or on the buttons representing the letters Aa in various fonts), in order to select one of the types of writings among those available. To change the colore of the writing, instead, tap on the icon colorful circle located at the top, until you find the color variant that suits you best.
Then place your finger on the white rectangle located at the bottom of the screen and drag it to the right or left to select the portion of the track to include in the Story. By tapping on the button depicting the number 15Furthermore, you can adjust the playback time of the chosen song (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 seconds).
When you are ready to do so, publish the Story by tapping on the item end, located at the top right, and then pressing the button The tua storia, lower left. It wasn't difficult, was it?
iPhone
You have a iPhone and would you like to know how to proceed to insert the lyrics of a song in an Instagram Story? Basically you have to follow the same steps that I gave you in the previous lines dedicated to Android: start the official app of the social network, create a new Story, recall the music sticker and select the song to be included in it.
So start the Instagram app, log in to your account (if necessary), tap the blue button capacitor positive (+) lead located on yours profilo's photo (top left) and create the Story by uploading a photo or video from the roll of your "iPhone by" or, if you prefer, creating the content on the spot.
Next, tap on the icon smiling sticker placed at the top, tap on the sticker Music and, in the screen that opens, search for the song of your interest by writing your own title in Campo di Ricerca, up. If you want, you can locate a song by selecting the tabs Popular, Genres o Moods and indicate a title you like among those available.
Once you have chosen the song of your interest, tap on his title to insert it into history. Then tap on text that appears on the screen or, if you prefer, presses the buttons depicting the Aa represented in various fonts to select the type of writing you like best. If you want, you can also change the colore: just press on the symbol of colorful circle which is at the top until you find the color you prefer.
Once this is done, place your finger on the white rectangle which is at the bottom of the screen and drag it to the right or left to select the portion of the song you want to include in the Story. If you deem it necessary, customize the playback time of the same by pressing the button with the number written on it 15 and select one of the time intervals among those available (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 seconds).
If you are ready to publish the Story, tap on the item end, which is located in the upper right corner of the screen, then presses the button The tua storia located in the lower left. Easier than that?
Windows 10
As you probably already know, Instagram is also present in the form of an application for Windows 10, available for free download from the Microsoft Store. At the time of writing, however, it does not offer the possibility to insert the lyrics of the songs in the Stories.
