If you previously signed up for the service using Facebook, you will need to click the link instead to reactivate your profile Accedi con Facebook at the bottom, you will then have to enter your login details to Mark Zuckerberg's Newark social network and you will have to click on the button to login.
In both cases, just wait a few moments to find yourself in the presence of a welcome back message and the main Instagram screen as if nothing had ever happened. All your posts, your likes and those of others, your followers and your following will be exactly where you left them (except for any changes made by the other parties involved, of course).

In this case, the first step you need to take is to visit the web page to login to Instagram (you can do it through any browser). Then fill in the fields Phone number, username or email e Password by typing your login data to Instagram and click on the button Log in.
If you previously registered for the service via Facebook, in order to reactivate your Instagram account you will need to connect to this other Internet page instead. Once displayed, press the button Log in with Facebook and enter your Facebook login data.
In both cases, once you have entered the login details to your account, within a few moments you will find yourself in front of a welcome back message and the main Instagram page with all your posts, your likes and those of others, your followers dd your following just as if nothing ever happened (except for any changes made by the other parties involved, of course). Alternatives to reactivating deleted Instagram account
As anticipated at the beginning of the Arctic, reactivating the Instagram account is a feasible operation only and exclusively if you have temporarily deactivated it. In case of full elimination, your account, I'm sorry to tell you, was canceled in an irreversible and final way e it is no longer recoverable.
In such a situation, if you want to start using Instagram again, you have a single solution at your disposal: create a new account, perhaps with a username similar to the previous one, and upload all the photos and mini videos to it. you previously posted with the old profile (assuming you have a backup of the images or that you still have any original copies on your devices).

Once the new account has been created, I also recommend that you communicate this to all your acquaintances and to all your contacts in general. To do this, you can help you with other social networks you are subscribed to (eg Facebook or Twitter) by publishing specific posts in which you explain the thing and maybe even inserting a link to your new Instagram profile. You will see, by doing so in a short time you will be able to restore the situation. I know, it's a bit annoying and it takes a little patience but, as they say, whoever lasts it wins!
Reactivate account disabled by Instagram
You are interested in understanding how to reactivate your account because it was suspended in an arbitrary mannerto from Instagram and not by your will? Then choose whether to start the password recovery procedure via username and e-mail or via SMS, provide the requested information (username, email address or mobile number) and proceed to reset the password of your account using the instructions that will be given to you delivered via email or SMS.
On Windows 10 the steps to take are practically the same: you have to select the item Get help with logging in which is located at the bottom of the Instagram app window and then you have to choose whether to start the password recovery procedure via username and e-mail or via SMS, you must provide the requested details (username, email address or mobile number ) and then you must reset your account password using the instructions that will be provided to you via e-mail or SMS.
From the Web, however, you must connect to this page and request a password reset by typing your email address or your username on Instagram in the appropriate field on the screen.
