How to see a person's activities on Instagram from a smartphone
You are interested in understanding how to see a person's activities on Instagram through yours smartphone and, therefore, through the Instagram app for Android or iPhone? Then read what I am about to propose to you, depending on whether you intend to act for a profile of others or for your personal profile.
Accounts of others
If you want see the activities of someone else's Instagram account, the first step you need to take is to take your mobile phone, unlock it, access the home screen and start the Instagram app, selecting the relevant icon (the one with the retro camera and the multicolored background). If necessary, also log in to your account by filling in the appropriate fields on the screen with your login details.
At this point, make sure you follow the account whose activities you intend to view: to do this, search for the person of your interest by tapping on the magnifying glass, at the bottom, type the username in the appropriate search field and press on suggestion most relevant. If, in the profile screen that is shown to you at this point, you see the wording Follow already, you don't have to do anything else. Otherwise, instead, press the button Follow. Once you have completed the preliminary steps above, you are ready to take the real action. So, tap on the icon in the shape of heart located at the bottom of the display and select the card Follow already (on Android) or that followed (on iPhone) that you find in the new screen that appears.
Once this is done, you will be shown a list of all the activities carried out on Instagram by the users you follow. You will be able to see, for example, who started following whom, the "likes" that a given user has added to photos and videos, etc. In correspondence with each activity, then, you will find indicated how long before it dates back (eg. 2m, 1h, 2g etc.). If, on the other hand, you want to view the activity status of a particular user, I inform you that you can only succeed if you have exchanged a private message with him or if he has mentioned you in one of his stories.
So, tap on thepaper airplane that you find in the upper right part of the screen, on the Instagram Home (which you can reach by pressing the icon of cottage), and check the wording next to the name of the user of your interest (eg. Please note: if the user of your interest has blocked you or has set their profile as private, unfortunately you will not be able to view their activity and activity status.
Personal account
You are interested in understanding how to view your Instagram activities? So, after starting the app of the famous social network on your device, you have to tap on the symbol oflittle man or tua photo that you find in the lower right part of the screen and, subsequently, on the button with the three lines horizontally, located at the top right.
In the menu that is shown to you at this point, select the wording Your activities: on the next screen, you can find out how much time you spent on Instagram in the various days indicated on the graph, by tapping on the various blue bars.
If, on the other hand, you want to view the like and Comments that you added to photos and videos, after pressing the button with the three lines horizontally on the Instagram screen related to your profile, select the item Settings from the menu that appears and that Posts you like. Below, you will find the list of all the posts you interacted with through your account.
To view the activities related to stories and any other operations performed on Instagram, however, after pressing the button with the three lines horizontally on the Instagram screen of your profile, select the item Settings from the menu that opens and then tap on the wording Safety. Choose, therefore, the voice Access data and you will finally be able to access the details of your interest.
How to see a person's activities on Instagram from a computer
Let us now how to find out about a person's activities on Instagram from a computer, using the official application of the social network for Windows 10. As regards, however, the ability to view activities via browser, using the Web version of Instagram, I'm sorry to tell you but the thing, at the time of writing this guide, is not feasible, except for the ability to view activities related to your account.
Accounts of others
If you want to see the activity of a person on Instagram using your computer, the first thing you need to do is to start theofficial application of the social network for Windows 10, selecting the relative il collegamento that you find in Start menu. Once the Instagram window is displayed on the desktop, if necessary, also log in to your account, filling in the appropriate fields with your login data.
Afterward, be sure to follow the users whose activities you intend to view. So, click on the symbol of magnifying glass located at the bottom, type the account name of your interest in the appropriate field and select the suggestion relevant. If, on the profile screen of the account in question, you see the words Follow already, you don't have to do anything else. Otherwise, instead, you have to click on the button Follow. After putting the above steps into practice, click on the icon in the shape of heart located in the lower right part of the window, select the tab followed which is located at the top and you will finally be able to view the activities of the users you follow on Instagram, such as the agreed "likes", comments left under photos and videos, etc.
I also point out that, in correspondence with each activity, you can find indicated how long ago this was carried out (eg. 2m, 1h, 2g etc.). For more information on this, you can consult my tutorial on how to see the "likes" of others on Instagram.
As for, however, the ability to view it activity status of a user, keep in mind that you can obtain this information only if you have previously exchanged private messages or if the latter has mentioned you in one of his stories.
Having said that, go to the Home screen of Instagram, by clicking on the symbol of cottage present at the bottom, click on the button in the shape of paper airplane which is located at the top right and check what is reported next to the name of the user of your interest (eg. Please note: if the user whose activities you are interested in viewing has blocked you or has set their profile as private, unfortunately you will not be able to view the information in question.
Personal account
Do you want to view the your Instagram activities? This can also be done: to do so, first go to the screen relating to your profile by clicking on thelittle man that you find in the lower right part of the window, then click on the icon with thegear, located at the top.
At this point, select the dicitura Posts you like, in the left sidebar (at the section Account), and in the right part of the Instagram window you can see previews of all the posts you have "liked".
If, on the other hand, you want to view all other activities linked to your account, after clicking on the icon in the shape ofgear on your profile screen, select the item Safety in the side menu, click on the wording Access data and you can finally know the details you need.
In addition to this, as I have just indicated, you can view the activities related to your account using the Web version of Instagram: to do so, visit the relevant Internet page, log in to your account (if necessary) and first click on the symbol of thelittle man at the top right and then on the icon in the shape ofgear, che trovi always on top.
In the menu that is shown to you at this point, select the option Privacy and security, then scroll to the new screen displayed, locate the section Account data and click on the link View account information.
In case of dubbi or problem
