Purposes Instagram using the dedicated app available for Android and iOS (as well as for Windows Mobile) and you're wondering how to see profile photo of a given user? So, to begin with, grab your device, unlock it, access the screen where there are the icons of all the apps and press on that of Instagram (the one with the retro camera on a multicolor background).
Now, go to the profile of the user whose profile picture you want to view separately. You can do this by scrolling through the Instagram and then tapping on the corresponding name, pressing on the reference user name that you find in the comments and likes under a given photo (or a video), pressing on the username that appears in the upper left corner of the screen, after starting the display of a story or, again using the search tool attached in Instagram after tapping on magnifying glass located at the bottom of the main screen of the app and then typing the name of the account of interest in the bar at the top.
Now that you finally see the profile screen of the account of your interest, press the button [...] which is located in the upper right part of the same and choose, in the menu that you see appear, the item Copy the profile URL in such a way as to copy the web url of the profile in question to the clipboard of your device.
Now, close the Instagram and go back to the screen of your mobile phone in which the icons of all applications are grouped, presses on the one of the browser that you generally use to surf the net from mobile (eg. Chrome your android e Safari on iOS), press and continue to hold down for a few moments on the address bar and, from the menu you see appear, select the item to paste the previously copied URL and navigate to it.
Finally, click onprofile picture which is located in the upper left part of the displayed web page and continue to hold over your finger for a few moments. Then when you see the middle menu appear, you are asked if you want to save the image (Save) or copy it (Copy), choose the first option to get the photo link separately or choose the second option to download the reference profile image directly to your device.
In the first case, press and continue to hold down for a few moments on the address bar of the browser and choose, from the menu that appears, the item Paste, for the copied link and navigate to it. On the Web page that will subsequently open, you will finally find the profile image of that particular user. In the second case, go to the camera roll of your smartphone (the app Gallery o Gallery on Android and the app Gallery on iOS) and you will find the downloaded image along with all the other photos saved on the mobile.

If you are in the habit of using Instagram from your PC with su installed Windows 10, through the dedicated app, the first thing you need to do in order to see the profile photo of a given user is to start the application by clicking on its icon (the retro camera on a blue background) annexed to Start menu then you have to go to the profile of the reference account.
To do this, just explore the Instagram feed and click on the corresponding name, click on the name of the user of your interest that you find in the comments and likes under a given photo (or video), press on the username that appears in the top left corner of the screen after starting the display of a story or, again, you can use the search tool which you can access by clicking on the magnifying glass located at the bottom and then typing the name of the account of interest in the bar at the top.
Once the profile of the reference user has been opened, click on the button [...] which is at the top right and choose, from the menu that is shown to you, the item Copy the profile URL to copy the profile URL to the Windows clipboard. Now, open the web browser you generally use to surf the net (eg. Chrome), right click on the address bar at the top and choose the option to paste and navigate to that URL.
Once the web page relating to the profile of the user whose photo you want to view separately is displayed, right-click on the avatar at the top left and choose, from the menu that appears, the option to copy the address image. Doing so will copy the URL of that user's profile picture to your computer's clipboard.
There is therefore nothing left to do but bring the pointer to the browser address bar, right-click on it, choose from the menu that appears the option to paste and visit the copied URL and, in the new Web page that will open , you will finally find yourself in the presence of the Instagram profile photo of the reference user which can be viewed separately.
If you deem it appropriate, you can also save the displayed image locally by right-clicking on it and choosing, from the menu that opens, the option to download it to your computer.

Then first of all go to the home page of the service by typing in the address bar of the browser you usually use to connect to the network from your computer (eg. At this point, just bring the pointer to the browser address bar, right-click on it and choose the option to paste and visit the copied URL from the menu that appears. In the new Web page that will open, you will finally find yourself in front of the profile photo of Instagram of the reference user.
Finally, I would like to point out that if you want you can also save the displayed image locally by right-clicking on it and choosing, from the menu that opens, the option to download it to your PC.

As we have already got to see, the above steps to be able to see the profile picture on Instagram of a given user are not complex but certainly a little cumbersome.
