iOS
To see the likes posted on Instagram by acting from a device iOS, you must first log in to Instagram from its official app and go to your profile page, pressing thelittle man or on the miniature of your profile photo (bottom right). Then tap on the ☰ button and press on the items Settings> Accounts> Posts you like.
In the screen that appears, you can view all the likes placed on the photo social network (in chronological order). If necessary, you can also remove a like by pressing onpreview of the post of your interest and tapping on the symbol of little red heart. Semplice, see?
PC
I point out that from PC it is not possible to see all the likes posted on Instagram in a single screen, as the “Posts you like” section is missing, which is instead present in the version of Instagram for mobile devices. The only thing you can do, in the current state of things, is to go personally to the individual posts and check if above the wording Like a located under the photo or video of your interest, the symbol of little heart is colored red. If it is white, your like is missing.

If you want to see the likes you got on Instagram by acting from iOS, first of all access your account from the official app of the platform and go to the section Activities, which contains, in fact, the list of the latest likes received (and not only).
To reach the section in question, click on the icon of cottage (bottom left) and tap on the symbol of little heart which is placed at the top right. In this way you will be able to view the list of links you have obtained, as well as notifications about comments and new followers. Pressing on the notification of your interest you will directly view the reference post.
Alternatively, you can view the likes you have received by going directly to the post of your interest.
