How to see your activities on Instagram
If your intent is to see your activities on Instagram, you must know that, to do this, you can turn to the tool Activity Notifications, which is present in the app of Instagram for Android, iOS and Windows 10 and on the official website of the social network.
To start, therefore, start the Instagram app or connect to its web version and log in to your account. Once this is done, if you are using the Instagram app for Android, iOS or Windows 10, press theheart icon located in the menu below and, subsequently, refer to the card Tu. If, on the other hand, you are using Instagram through its web version, click on theheart icon that you find in the menu bar at the top.
You will then be able to see all the activities concerning the interactions with your account: the people who started following you, those who “liked” your posts, those who commented on them and so on. Furthermore, the section Activity Notifications it allows you to know information about all the activities performed by the users you follow, such as “likes”, comments and new people who in turn follow.

How to see activity time on Instagram
Another feature of Instagram useful to see your activity is the section called Your business, which is only visible through the Instagram for Android and iOS and track the time spent on the social network.
So if you want to know how much time you spend on Instagram, start the social network app previously downloaded on your device and log in to your account. Once the main screen is displayed, presses onicona dell'omino located in the menu bar at the bottom, in order to go to the section of your profile.
Once this is done, press the icon (☰) located at the top right and, in the menu that is shown to you, tap on the item Your business. On the next screen you will be able to see some information about the time spent in the app Instagram on a daily basis in the last week.
Through this section, you can also set a maximum usage time for Instagram, in order to limit the use of the social network. For more information on this, refer to my tutorial on how to detox from Instagram.
How to see activity log on Instagram
If you want to see the activity log that you ran on Instagram, understood as the information relating to the accesses made and the search history, you must use the app of Instagram for Android and iOS.
Having said that, once you have started the app and logged into your account, press theicona dell'omino located in the menu at the bottom, in order to go to your profile screen. Then tap on the icon (☰) and select the item Settings give the menu check if you press.
Now press on the item Privacy and security and then on the wording Access data. On the next screen, then refer to the various sections available to find out the data of your interest: the section Connections displays account information, including account he hashtag followed; that Account activity show the accesses, disconnections and search history, while that Stories Activity allows you to see all the activities performed in the stories regarding the interaction with tools such as i polls or questions.
How to see the posts I like on Instagram
Alternatively, using the Instagram for Android, iOS and Windows 10, you can access a section that shows the history of posts you have “liked”.
To access this section, start the Instagram on your device and log into your account. Then access your profile screen by pressing onicona dell'omino located in the menu below and, if you are using Android o iOS, tap the icon first (☰) located at the top right and then on the item Settings. Then go to the section Account> Post that you like and you will be able to see, in chronological order, all the posts you have "liked".
If you are using the Instagram to Windows 10instead, to reach the screen Posts you like, you must first click onicona dell'omino located in the menu below and then on theicona dell'ingranaggio located at the top, in correspondence with your profile. How not to show my activities on Instagram
If, on the other hand, that is your intent do not show activity on Instagram, you need to know that, to do this, you can disable it Activity status in the social network app for Android, iOS and Windows 10.
To do this, start the Instagram app previously downloaded on your device and log in to your account. Once this is done, go to the menu of Settings and reach the path Privacy and security> Activity status.
Make sure, therefore, that the item Shows the activity status is deactivated, otherwise move the relative lever up OFF. Disabling the Status of activity, other users will not be able to see the time of the last activity you performed on Instagram. On the other hand, however, as long as this setting is deactivated, you will not be able to access this information either.
Alternatively, to not show your activities on Instagram you can set the profile as private by moving the lever to ON at the section Settings> Privacy and security> Account privacy, always using the Instagram for Android and iOS.
If, on the other hand, you are using the Instagram app for Windows 10, you can achieve the same result by moving the lever up ON, in correspondence with the wording Private account present menu of Settings. From the official website of Instagraminstead, you have to put the check mark on the item Private accountusing the menu Settings> Privacy and security.
Finally, I remind you that, if you do not want to show your activities only to a specific user, you can block them by first pressing on the symbol (...) next to your username and then on the menu item Block (Android, iOS, Windows 10) or Block this user (Web).
